Another successful year at the EARCOS EAC. Kuala Lumpur has been a wonderful host and I took my first attempt at a conference session. The topic was melding the concepts of technology and leadership. I think I was a bit random and improvements could be done, but generally, I felt like I got my message across. More polish and resources are definately needed and the leadership component was a bit rushed at the end. I can only hope that the continuing dialog will help to refine the concepts as we all move forward.
